Yesterday's Tractor Company - Help Identify These Antique Tractors

This item has 1/2in chains. On the round part it looks like a 3' dia pole would go in it for leverage. On one side it has Patented. 16 Feb 1909 (NO PATENT #) other side has U S S 1. Item was found in old barn in north Louisiana.
