Yesterday's Tractor Company - Help Identify These Antique Tractors

I'm wondering what kind of machine this pulley worked on. It is about 16 inches around, cast iron construction and has a groove for an older; deep belt. It has Part Number; C-544-D. It has JD in the iron and has about an 1 1/2 splined area thru the middle for some type of shaft to work through it. I can send other pics if you email.
