Yesterday's Tractor Company - Help Identify These Antique Tractors

Corn Sheller?
[Previous Pic]  [Main List]  [Next Pic]

Hello We bought this corn sheller they other day. Looks like one to me anyway. In the inside it has a wooden wheel with nail heads sticking out that rub against grooves in another piece of wood to shell the corn. I took the top off to get a picture of the insides. The rest of the sheller looks pretty much like any other. It has been stained red so there are no markings. A wheel on each side to crank with. One seems to be set up to run off a belt. The other cranks by hand. The more I look at it I am thinking someone made this on the farm. No square nails in it. If anybody has seen something like this I surec would appreciate some help. Thank you. Paul
