Yesterday's Tractor Company - Help Identify These Antique Tractors

Unknown Steering Wheel
[Previous Pic]  [Main List]  [Next Pic]

There are 3 pics here...the main one, an insert at the top showing the fluting detail and an insert (bottom, right) showing a mfg mark ('Sheller') on the back of a spoke. It has a 15' outside diameter with a 3/4' diameter keyed hole. It looks like somebody painted the red over the original black rubber (over steel spoke) design. I know it's not an 'N' tractor wheel...I don't believe it's a Ford Model A. In fact, I don't think it's Ford at all. Any ideas?
