1955 John Deere Model 60 Gas

This tractor was purchased by my father-in-law in 1962 and was used on his farm until I bought it from him about two years ago. I had noticed coolant getting into the left cylinder, so this spring, I tore down the engine and found a cracked cylinder. Also to my surprise, the engine had been bored out and .125' oversized pistons installed. I put everything back to original. I have pretty much gone through this tractor from one end to the other. It is used to pull a 10' Woods mower which mows about 20 acres per week. Great machine and easy to work on.
