1969 Combine, 815 International
[Previous Pic]  [Main List]  [Next Pic]

Here is my dad and his 69 815 combine, taken fall of 1970. Equipped with duals that were later replaced by Goodyear Terra Tires, 304 gas V8. Also had a 763 6 row corn head, was very heavy and required 1000# of ballast on the rear when using. This machine had final drive troubles quite often. Dad had air conditioning added in the winter of 75 and the machine was destroyed by fire during wheat harvest of 76. It was replaced by a new 815 lo profile diesel which was a much improved machine.
