Yesterday's Tractor Company - Antique Tractor Pictures

I estimate this photo was taken between 1926 and 1930 in Jefferson County, Ohio, because of the age of my aunt, Aurelia Elliott, in the picture. My daughter intends to sell prints of an 11x15 graphite drawing that she drew from this photo. We would like to be able to identify the tractor. Does anyone know the year and model of this tractor? Is that a cultivator she is pulling in the back?
