Someone Else's - followed this tractor in the locar fair parade!!!

Dont know what this guys name is...he has his name on it...but when i scanned it in...it went blurry...even the origional copy you couldnt see!!!

Could anyone fix this problem or let me know whats wrong...(name near the front)
