This was my grandpa's tractor that I bought off of grandma after he died. It took a bit of work, but my cousin and I converted it over to a twelve volt system, and it runs really well now. The only other major change is that we had some shifter problems, so we cut the curved shifter in half and then used a grinder to smooth it and now it has a straight bar for the shifter. It's harder to strip the gears now, at least.
