Front left side of head there is a raised flat spot for that purpose its near the neck for the upper rad. Hose. Drill a 7/16” hole and use a Ľ” pipe tap. Drill the middle of the flat boss there is plenty of meat there . I moved the amp gauge and put the temp gauge in the hole in the dash were the amp gauge was. You can get a nice gauge for less than 15.00. I got mine at advance Auto.
