Potato Planter; Unknown Make/Model/Year

This is how the planter looks today. It was originally horse-drawn, (but I plan on moving it around with my Farmall A). The colors are original; found some remnants under the old grease. Does any one know what make this is? Except for a 'cover' for the spud slicer/auger unit, this planter is complete. This thing will actually work!
