Hough or(?) International Payloader Appears to be fitted with a Hercules motor burning Propane. Two forward and two reverse speeds and seems to have a sort of torque convertor instead of a dry-plate clutch. In the 1950s, the Hough Co. was bought out by International Harvester Co.
