Case Single Front Wheel???

Case Single Front Wheel??? - Bought a Farmall C with this single front wheel and knew it wasn't correct for a Farmall. I think it's maybe Case but want to know for sure. Known specs; has a 7.50 x 10 tire, on the cast hub there are 2 part numbers. Valve stem side is either 6181A or 5181A, the other side is 5182A. Has a round machined mounting pad with 4 bolt holes in a 3 1/8 center to center pattern

Bought a Farmall C with this single front wheel and knew it wasn't correct for a Farmall. I think it's maybe Case but want to know for sure. Known specs; has a 7.50 x 10 tire, on the cast hub there are 2 part numbers. Valve stem side is either 6181A or 5181A, the other side is 5182A. Has a round machined mounting pad with 4 bolt holes in a 3 1/8 center to center pattern & another center hole. The bolt holes have recessed areas on the bottom side of the fork. I think it's Case SC or VAC but might be 700 or 730 vintage. Any help would be great. Also have more photos if needed to identify. 920-787-7635
