Simplicity 54 Deck

[Return to Photos]

Simplicity 54 Deck - Simplicity 54' Deck that has the Electric Height Adjustment and NOT the Hand Crank.
The deck is in decent solid condition without any rust holes but does have surface rust and should be painted. I bought this deck at the end of July last year to replace my 50' deck that was not worth repairing. I put on a new Electric Height Adjustment Motor, Drive Belt, Deck Belt and the Shaft and Bearings in the Spindle with the 2 Pulleys. All of the parts were Simplicity except for the Deck Belt which I purchased at NAPA. I also have 3 new Simplicity Blades I did not put on as the current blades are still good.
I am selling the 54' deck as it is designed much heavier than the 50' and is to hard for me to put on and take off of the tractor to service or store in the winter. I purchased a 50' deck that I am now using and was hoping I could put the Electric Height Adjustment on it but it would require more work than I want to do.
The previous owner was selling the deck as the motor was blownup in his Prestige. This works on the Prestige but will Probably fit other Simplicity Garden Tractors such as Conquest, Broadmoor, Regent and Possibly the Landlord. Note if your tractor does not have the Electric Height Adjustment you will have to install a switch and run a wire to the deck, my Prestige did not have one and it is not hard to do. There was not a Mfg. # tag on the mower but I feel very confident the number is 1695177 as the parts I purchased were for that model and they fit.6062666640
