Ferguson TE20 1947 With 3 Cylinder P3 Engine - had a sticking clutch so split tractor and found oil contamination on drive plate. have changed input shaft seal plus pilot bearing. removed bracket from behind crank flange that flywheel bolts to expecting to find rope style crank seal but no seal in there and no recess in either half of the bracket to press a new rope seal into. have asked around and everyone stumped as all thought it would be a rope seal because of the perkins p3 engine. photo shows the bracket from behind the crank flange - the side showing faces towards the front of the engine - help pls!
